Breakfast smoothie bowl

- 300ml Alpro Protein drink or Oat drink no sugars
- 500g mix of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
- SECTION|Topping:
- 3 tbsp mix of black chia seeds and desiccated coconut
- 8 strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Extra peanut butter
Use any fruit you like instead of the berries. It's YOUR breakfast!
Ingredients
- 300ml Alpro Protein drink or Oat drink no sugars
- 500g mix of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
- SECTION|Topping:
- 3 tbsp mix of black chia seeds and desiccated coconut
- 8 strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Extra peanut butter

Preparation

Put your frozen berries, banana, maca powder and peanut butter in a blender.

Splash in the Alpro Protein drink or Oat drink No Sugars.

Whizz until smooth, but still frozen. If it's too runny, add some more berries. If it's too thick, just top it up with some more drink.

Pour into a bowl and scatter with strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds and desiccated coconut, then finish with an extra dollop of peanut butter. Wakey, wakey, taste buds!
