Frozen Berry Banana Bark
A bark with a healthy bite! Made with Alpro plant-based alternative to yogurt Plain with Coconut

Ingredients
For a gorgeous green matcha bark, just add some matcha to the mix
Serves 1
- 500g Alpro Plain with Coconut alternative to yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter + extra for topping
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp granola
- 100g raspberries
- Couple of mint leaves

Step 1
Put your Alpro Plain with Coconut in a blender, then add the banana, peanut butter and dates.

Step 2
Whizz until smooth.

Line a 15x22cm tray with baking paper. Spread the Alpro mixture over it, swirl in dollops of the extra peanut butter, then scatter the raspberries, granola and mint over the top.

Step 4
Pop into the freezer until well set and frozen - allow 3-4 hours. The perfect snack to cool you down and pep you up after a workout!
