- 4 Weetabix
- 250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
- 2 kiwi fruits, diced
- Nuts and seeds (approx. 2 tbsp)
- 160g frozen blueberries
Ingredients
- 4 Weetabix
- 250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
- 2 kiwi fruits, diced
- Nuts and seeds (approx. 2 tbsp)
- 160g frozen blueberries
Preparation

Using a small saucepan, warm the blueberries until just defrosted and producing a small amount of juice but still keeping their shape

Roughly break-up the Weetabix and add half to 2 kilner jars or glasses

Divide half of the berries in each jar then top with the half of the Alpro Plain No Sugars and the diced kiwi fruit

Repeat with another layer of Weetabix, berries and Alpro.

Top with flaked almonds or a mixture of nuts & seeds. Enjoy!
