- 2gr Matcha Powder (high quality)
- 30 ml Water (80°C)
- 4gr Beetroot powder
- 200ml Alpro Barista Coconut
- 10ml Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 2gr Matcha Powder (high quality)
- 30 ml Water (80°C)
- 4gr Beetroot powder
- 200ml Alpro Barista Coconut
- 10ml Strawberry Syrup
Preparation

Steam the Alpro Barista Coconut, strawberry syrup and pour into a glass.

Whisk the matcha powder and the water until uniform for max. 30 seconds.

Once the foam of the coconut has settled, slowly pour the matcha through the foam.
