- 1 Alpro Tropical Fruit High Protein Alternative to Yoghurt
- ½ ripe mango
- 2 tbsp low-sugar muesli
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp maple syrup
As an alternative, you could also make this with the Alpro Red Fruit High Protein alternative to yoghurt and switch out the mango for frozen berries!

- ½ ripe mango
- 2 tbsp low-sugar muesli
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

Slice the peel off the mango and then cut out the stone. Slice the mango into chunky fingers and place in the freezer.

Add the Alpro Tropical Fruit High Protein Alternative to Yoghurt to a bowl.

Next, grate the frozen mango over the top.

Add the low-sugar muesli and desiccated coconut, and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
