Alpro Protein Vegan Chocolate Banana Crepes
This recipe celebrates the classic combination of chocolate and banana in a sensationally delicious way.

- 250g wholemeal (sieved)
- 500ml Alpro High Protein Chocolate flavour drink
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana (cut into rounds)
- SECTION|For The Chocolate Spread:
- 100g peanut butter
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Alpro High Protein Chocolate flavour drink
Use gluten-free flour
Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, Alpro High Protein Chocolate flavour drink and the vanilla extract. Ensure you whisk until smooth.

Set the mix aside whilst you make the chocolate spread. For the chocolate spread, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Ladle the batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the batter is cooked.

Fill the crepes with sliced banana and chocolate spread. Enjoy!
