Ingredients
You may need to add a little extra almond drink if it is too thick.
Serves 2
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g total made up from frozen mixed blueberries, mango, pineapple, and raspberries
- 80-100g frozen spinach or kale
- 2 pitted dates
- 300ml Alpro Almond drink
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup

Step 1
Get all of your ingredients into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.
